Information We Collect

We may collect names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, application details, resident profile information, payment records, uploaded documents, maintenance requests, and resident communication records.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to SMS text messages, Bowling Legacy may send account-related messages including rent reminders, utility reminders, maintenance notices, building notices, resident portal notifications, and urgent property updates. Message frequency varies based on account activity and property notices, usually no more than a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to rent from Bowling Legacy.

Bowling Legacy does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are used only to provide Bowling Legacy resident and property-related communications.
