The Painted Lady Inn is a drug- and alcohol-free home for people who need safe, stable housing, including people at risk of homelessness, people rebuilding from addiction, and people seeking a respectful community environment.

House rules are required for the safety and stability of all residents. Our primary rule is Unconditional Positive Regard for others. These questions help us understand housing needs, support needs, and whether this community is a good fit.

How we use your information: Bowling Legacy uses the information and documents you submit to review this housing application and manage applicant communication. Authorized property staff can access the application. Identification and other uploaded documents are not published with public property photos. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
No application fee. A background check is required before final approval for every serious applicant. Submission does not guarantee approval. Before a report is ordered, you will receive the applicable screening criteria and provider disclosures. Criminal history is reviewed in context and does not create an automatic denial; you may provide supplemental information for individualized consideration.

Screening Authorization

Each authorization is required before the application can be submitted. Screening is ordered only after the required disclosures are provided.
