About This Property

The property includes three full kitchens, four bathrooms, and on-site laundry facilities. We are currently upgrading our HVAC system and installing energy-efficient windows and insulation this summer, supported by an Oregon state grant. Residents benefit from high-speed (1 Gig) WiFi, cable, and DirectTV services, allowing for private in-room streaming. We primarily serve adults aged 55 and older who are at risk of homelessness and/or in recovery. Our goal is to provide affordable, long-term housing in a safe, sober environment grounded in mutual respect and unconditional regard for one another. The residence is currently at full capacity, and no rooms are available at this time. However, prospective residents are encouraged to apply to be placed on our waitlist and considered for future openings. We proudly serve the Medford community by providing stable, supportive long-term housing.
