These terms apply to use of Bowling Legacy online resident services, including resident profile setup, portal messaging, payment tools, document storage, maintenance requests, and property notices.

Resident Portal

Residents are responsible for using accurate information, protecting login credentials, and promptly notifying management of incorrect account details or unauthorized account use.

Payments and Records

Payment records, manual receipts, uploaded documents, and resident communications are stored for property management and resident file purposes. Portal balances should be reviewed with management if a resident believes a record is incorrect.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By selecting the SMS consent checkbox or otherwise providing documented consent, you agree to receive account-related text messages from Bowling Legacy. Messages may include rent reminders, utility reminders, maintenance notices, building notices, resident portal notifications, and urgent property updates.

Message frequency varies based on account activity and property notices, usually no more than a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to rent from Bowling Legacy.

SMS consent may be collected through a resident portal form, written consent form, or documented verbal consent. Public examples are available at the digital SMS consent form and printable written SMS consent form.
